    Game Informer Review

Don't know how reliable Game Informer is for sports games but they give the game a 9.0 saying "its the best Tiger Woods game since 2008". Heres the link: http://www.gameinformer.com/games/ti...trap-test.aspx

    Re: Game Informer Review

This Game Informer review only speaks to the Career mode and Caddy system... it doesn't address the core questions I have about the game, like how has the swing mechanic changed, how configurable are the options, how's the online multiplayer and Live Tournaments been enhanced?

The only mention made of the Move functionality is how choppy the animation is on the first person address/swing view.... most of us who will play the game this way aren't going to be looking at the screen during this phase anyway. How about telling us how well it translates a proper swing into game action? This is yet another classic example of what I call a drive-by review... it's little more than a compartmented hands-on preview, at best.

You know what I miss? When one of the magazines had a dedicated section to sports games (Team EGM seems to ring a bell) and they wouldn't have guys that normally play other games review their sports games. It still wasn't perfect but these casual sports fan reviews are hard to take seriously.
