I am away from my console, but will do my best.

I play on Tour Pro difficulty, normal AI scoring. I have pretty balanced skills, with power being the highest and control the lowest.

I am on my second PGA Tour season. I won three events in year one (the one at Royale Melbourne, the EA Major and the first FedEx Cup event @ Whistling Straits).

In season two, I tied for 37th at my first Masters, won The Players and have another top ten finish. I just finished my first round in the US Open in third place.

I just started my 1st PGA Tour event last night. Shot +4 in first round and -4 in the second round. I think I'm tied for around 25th after two rounds. I was in danger of missing the cut (I assume you can miss cuts) but went 3 under on the last 4 holes to save my tourney.

Playing on Tournament Difficulty. I don't have any sponsors other than EA. My attributes are something like Power 50, Accuracy 45, Control 30, Putting 54?

I completed AM tour and then finished in the top 5 in the last 2 Nationwide events to make it to the PGA Tour.

I play pretty well 14 or 15 holes, but then I have a triple and a couple of doubles in there that just tank my score. I am really liking this game right now.

Just wanted to update:

In years two and three, I have hit my stride.

I won the US Open in year two, along with the UK Open, EA Major, The Desert Invitiational and The Tour Championship. In doing so, I won the FedEx Cup.

In year three, I won the Hawaiian Open, The Masters and The Players. I am now ranked No. 2 in the world.

I am playing in the US Open now, along with Tiger Woods in an attempt to overtake his No. 1 spot. So far, I have a big lead on him and the rest of the field going in to round 3. It's kinda cool to actually be paired with TW and feel that pressure of taking his spot atop the rankings.

Won my first PGA event last night--by 8 strokes!

Event was at TPC Scottsdale. I'm really enjoying this mode and having a lot of fun with it. Hopefully it doesn't become too easy for me as my attributes rise...

This game is super-addicting.

Started off really strong in the amateur tour by winning my first tournament... then proceeded to shoot a +12 in the next tournament before winning the next tournament to get promoted to the Nationwide Tour. LOL.

Nationwide was the same story... Came in strong winning my first tournament by 4 strokes and then I got a chance in the Q League... After a great first nine holes I was in the top 25... then on the back nine I imploded and finished 38th to lose out on a tour card. After all that, I dominated the 3rd tournament and got my PGA tour card with a 1st place finish.

So I have four tournament wins, 2 horrible finishes and now I am 4 shots back going into the final round of the Hawaiian Open against Tiger Woods.

i'd be curious to see where our league members are, and what exactly they are focusing on...

i just started trying to chase "course mastery" status (just bronzes) on a bunch of different courses...

maybe i'll chase silver on Atlanta, since it's our league's destination this week...

Another update:

I have gotten to the point where I can no longer add XP to build up my CAG. Using "Normal" AI scoring is no longer an option, as I started to absolutely crush the AI scores. I'm still enjoying the mode and will be trying to stay at the No. 1 ranking for as long as I can, but ramping up the AI difficulty is a must once your CAG gets really good.

I am going to update first post with my current status, I have my golfers attributes all around 70 range, seems realistic to normal AI scoring, and a challenge, i will probably not go any higher than 75 for all attributes, to keep it a challenge for me, and realistic scoring.

After winning my last two tournaments by a wide margin, I was worried I had already outpaced the difficulty of this mode, but I have been humbled

I'm playing now at TPC San Antonio and my first round was terrible, shooting a +2 (the leader is at -6). The course was playing VERY fast making it difficult to get close to the pin, and the wind was gusting hard throwing my shots off. The course also has trees just off the fairway on just about every hole Par 4 and above, making you pay dearly if you don't put in the short grass.

The putting was especially difficult because of the fast and sloping greens, and since I was uncharacteristically off on my approach shots, I was at their mercy all round long. I'm also at a bit of a disadvantage right now with my power. On every par 3 I had to use a 5 wood at the minimum to get in the zip code of the green.

I'm praying for a little rain to slow the course down so I can get back into contention.

Just played in my first Masters in season 2 because I didn't qualify in time in season 1. Shoot 29 on the front...couldn't miss a shot. Made the turn with a 2 shot lead, it was in the bag!

Back nine a different story. Mostly pars with one bogey. I come to 16 with a 2 shot lead and proceed to put one in the drink. Then I decided to play it safe and aim well right of the pin. Well, if you know that putt you know it is FAST, ended up blowing it off the green into the water again. Took a quadruple bogey 7 and lost by 2. FML.

updated first post, made it through EA Sports championship 1st year; man Tiger is Tiger of old, 4 wins and like 15 top 10's, haha.

Just shot a (-4) 68 to win the Nationwide Tour Opener on Tour Pro. Hoping to make the PGA tour in my 1st year. I will not let my toon get over 75 in any stat even if I make the tour
