I just it an Eagle on a Par 3, chipping in from 151 out () ... judging from last year's game, I should have gotten a trophy ball off that, but got no notification.

Has anyone gotten a trophy ball in a RTE?

Well I have to ask a question, you say it was a par 3 and you got an eagle? That would be a hole in one and would have given you a couple of trophy balls. Could it have been a Par 4?

Still, I remember ones for first Eagle, Pinseeker, etc ....

No biggie, just wondering if I'm mising some setting.

I've checked the manual, and don't see anything either way. maybe it's just not available in RTE play.

It must not give them for RTE events. I didn't change a thing from default and I got the Pinseeker and Chip-in trophy balls on a World Tour match chipping in for birdie.

FYI, you only can receive the trophy balls on regular full rounds (i.e. world tour or tournament play). You cannot earn trophy balls on any scenarios (which includes the RTE's). Hope this helps.

Thanks, it does.

Speaking of RTE ... that Wallaby course was impossible for me. taking a created golfer ... I just didn't have the driving I needed to make it happen.

I played a bunch last night and was able to buy some attributes and upgraded equipment. I started playing the Wallaby RTE about 10:00 and was still trying at about 11:55. I started a round and finally got the gold at about 12:20am. I guess if you have taken the option to play it prior to 12:00 that it must still count. It still shows 9/25 as the date I finished my round though. That is a hard course. Everything is surrounded by water and cliffs.

The reward was a set of custom color shafts, but I didn't have enough cash to buy them. They're 100,000.

I beat 4 of the first round people in the World Tour mode and got my T card. Nike gave me a sponsorship to use their stuff, so I have a Nike driver and irons and a pair of those air golf sandals. Very cool looking.

I also did that Sherwood 3 hole challenge. It becomes a scenario. I lost to Tiger the first time though. Haven't replayed it yet.
