If you think TW is too easy, you may want to go for the undies. The attributes are just going to make you that much better, quicker. If you want to unlock everything, I'd go for attributes and equipment.

for the people who can buy clothes, are you playing the console version? I'm a bit of a ways into the Career on the PC mode, and I keep unlocking clothes, but I can just choose any shirt I want, I don't pay for them. I think the PC's a little different, not totally sure
