yeah, I wouldn't worry as much if they were just not happy with features, and a lack of the customization that TW has, but they're starting to complain about ball physics.

I don't have my game informer right in front of me, but he said in there that he felt he couldn't predict where the ball would go (not in those words, but questioning the ball physics). That's a gameplay mechanism that'll make even online play rough, I'll have to see what people here think.

I can type up the game informer review when I get home, if people care
