For 360, amazon due to 10.00 promotional credit and I can effectively get the CE for the same price as the regular version, plus free release day delivery.

I pre-ordered at GameStop for the free course since Amazon in Canada doesn't do the $10 credit.

I went and paid for the Collectors Edition for the PS3 @ Gamestop. Had some credit so said WTH!!!
