Perfect on backswing but always slow on forward swing.... Any help?

Seems like I can register a perfect backswing occasionally but never a perfect or fast for that matter forward swing no matter how fast I push forward..... Anyone got tips for that. This is tournament difficulty btw.

I can't help other than to say I am in the exact same boat. I went to the Augusta practice facility and I can still rarely get anything other than slow on the follow through.

Even though it says slow it seems to be going more or less where I am it.

Theres a producer blog video about this but in a nut shell, on Tournament difficulty there is a 2% "window" for perfect tempo. I seem to recall also that the window is biased toward slow the longer the club. Sorry I couldnt link it for you, but try to find it. It makes a lot of sense when its explained by someone who knows the design philosophy.

Shafts play into it too. Not sure how much distance they add but they definitely make a difference on getting a perfect vs fast feedback.
