I just checked the Marketplace and you're right, it is there. Not sure why it won't let me buy rounds on it in game.

TPC Blue Monster at Doral, Wolf Creek, and Emerald Dragon were the 3 Pre-Order Bonus courses so the only way to play on them if you didn't get a code to download them is to pay for them. There is no buying rounds on them like the other DLC courses. I am sure at a later date that will change but for now that is how it is set-up.

Thanks. They really should've made that more clear in game. The 'Purchase Rounds' option still shows up but it doesn't do anything.

I was surprised they even had those courses up to buy on Day 1. I think last year the pre-order courses were up at a later date. I thought it was a mistake at first. I have seen a few games have DLC up too early and then pulled later in the day so I thought that was what was going on again.

Yeah, that happened with the pre-order bonuses for UFC Undisputed 3.

Hopefully they'll put the pre-order courses up to earn. If not, I may buy Doral. Don't really care about the fantasy course that Best Buy was offering. My interest in fantasy courses isn't very high.

I feel like a bit of an idiot for wasting $20 initially to buy 4 DLC and even buying the collector edition because at most I'll need 3 months at most to buy all the courses that weren't available on the regular edition. I'm willing to bet that the coin earning power will be somewhat lowered for TW14.
I suspect you may be right about the earning power in 14, I'm going to make sure I get all these courses before they change their mind, lol. I'm sure in 45 days from release I'll have the 11 pack DLC and the Wolf Creek course now exclusive to the 360.

You guys on the fence should get this game, there's a little learning curve and with some tweaks to the game it could be one of the best games I've ever played. As it is the game is fantastic, and I'm no EA honk by any stretch of the imagination.

That's the case on 360 as well. It's until Wednesday. I think I'm going to try to play a bunch tomorrow and see if I can build up enough coins to take advantage of that (I had 12,000 coins but I spent them just before I saw that offer).

This may have answered elsewhere but are the download courses available to play in the career mode in the Nationwide or PGA tours.

Yes, you can use the DLC courses in career mode once you reach the PGA Tour.

I dropped 18K for Waialae as my first DLC.

I'm at around 16K for my 2nd one... I'm torn between Atlanta Athletic and Liberty National?

I played Liberty on the Wii and in real life and really like it compared to all the flack it takes. The ps3 one even looks to be a little different than the Wii version.
Spyglass and Blackwolf Run are gonna be next then TPC at San Antonio.

Also love the coins this version. Didn't get the CE version so i could get them with coins. I will try and purchase something like this.

                          1. PGA National. Just love this track
                          2. Whistling Straights, played it all the time on 12. awesome challenge
                          3. Oakmont
                          4. Blue Monster Doral, another fav from 12
                          5. OLd white Course

You wont however see me buying or playing Predator, Greek Isles, Emerald or HIghlands. Should have been 4 other real tracks to maybe fill in some additional tourneys in career. Like TPC Boston is off this year.

                          Later
