There is a Created Golfer pin as well

Every playable golfer in the game has one I believe

They work the same as the other pins. The first time you get it the pin is bronze. The second time is silver and third is gold.

Re: coins and pins - please explain

Mainly interested in unlocking the downloadable courses. I will also join a country club since the tips said that will help everyone do the same(I think I read that on the ticker).

So I played 4 rounds, using no pins, earning just under 600 coins per. Looking at a course it has a price of 18000 coins to unlock, while just getting one round would cost 6000. Perhaps I read it wrong.

So what's my best route. Been just playing with Dustin Johnson so far, so figured the pins could be not used. I certainly will get into all modes, but know the unlockable courses will take some effort and want to save any time possible.

          EDIT

Anyone buy the 11 course pack for 150,000 coins? Would save 48000 instead of buying each course. Curious if you can pick which ones you want. I have the collector's edition so I have 14 to dowload for all of them, but would be happy with just 11 since 3 are fantasy and I will pass on them.
Thanks in advance for your help.

          The Golf Club created courses:

Ashford Pines Golf Club (front 9)

          Full version release June 2016

Challenging course without the cheap gimmicks.

No you cant choose what 11 you get.

            It's a bundle.

They only way you can pick and choose is by getting them one at a time.

Thanks, should have figured EA wouldn't make it that easy. Here is a link to the pack.

If you have the collector's edition, you will only need Wolf Creek and TPC Blue Monster(Doral). The other course Emerald Dragon is a fantasy course which I will skip.

Just too bad these can't be placed as the other 3 majors(from what I read here so far, hopefully that post is wrong but doubt EA will ever give us that).

If you can pick these up go for it. May not get this option next year. Can't believe they are letting us get away without paying for anything. Still, lot of work ahead to get a total now of 186,000 in coins.
