My First 18 hole play in Links

I was a plus 45 over par on beginner level. That score most be the worst ever. Anybody do worst?

I shot a 94 on Advanced in my first round. (No mulligans) The putting killed me...and the occasional shank.

That is exactly why I like this game. It's a major challenge just to shoot even in this game. One day I hope to join all of you online...

thats one of the beauties of this game....you can play the same course, same conditions, back to back and get two completely different rounds (at least thats been my experience)....tons of variety, therefore replay value...not to mention all the cool folks online

my first round was 102....second round 84....then from the 3rd round on i got it down to the mid 70's...yes, you can get really good at this game, but for me it hasnt lost one bit of luster ( xsn problems aside) even though i can frequently break 60 now

personally, i think that if they incorporate a stimpmeter next year, thereby changing the green speeds round to round, that will serve up just the variable this game needs.....well, that and different types of sand &amp; rough, a lie indicator to see if youre plugged/have a flier etc...theres room for improvement here but its still one helluva game id say
