Played multiple tournament rounds last night.

Finished -7 in the daily. A Hole in one jump started a birdie streak and I didn't look back.

Through two rounds of the weekly I'm -8. Went -7 in the 1st round, -1 in the 2nd round. Just couldn't get anything going in the second with a few missed putts and a few bogeys mixed in.

I then went into the Connected Tournaments and tried the Simulation "5 Hole - 1 Try" tournament. Ended up going -1 and was sitting in 2nd place when I went to bed last night. I don't know if I could ever fully go Simulation and not look back. No zoom forward, no yardage markers, and no wind gauge was brutal. Made it to -1 on a very nice chip in for birdie on the 2nd hole.

Grats on the ace. I think I'm the only one on the planet with TW '14 who hasn't hit 1 yet. This morning I landed 1 as close as you could possibly be to in the cup, but it wasn't to be...

I agree the full sim is awesome challenge wise. But with zoom to aim gone it just takes away from the game too much for me. Like too much is missing and it's not as fun. But the challenge/reward is so much better

Yeah Gerg, it's tough to get one but as with getting an ace IRL, it's more parts luck than skill I'm glad TW finally made it as tough as it should be to get an ace...now about those too-easy-and-often-hole-outs, maybe the next TW will address THAT

Straight Simulation difficulty is just those two notches too difficult to be fun with no wind gauge and no zoom. The expert swing is tough too, but I might start randomly incorporating that into our tournaments for added spice. However, wind gauge and zoom will remain ON.

Lol I hear ya it shouldn't be easy. But every time the chart comes up I think I'm the only in the CC without one. And on top of that some have two! I'm just messing around.

I did hit only 1 in '13 and it certainly was a lucky bounce/roll.

On hole 18 I hit a soft 3 wood to within 3ft to make birdie, and finished at -7

Had to restart Rd 2 of our PGA Championship on the 2nd tee because the score overlay would not get off the screen. Finished -5 I consecutive rounds.

About 4 holes into Rd 3 my 1 year old decided she wanted me to stop playing and turned the Xbox off. Hence my DQ. The wife wasn't doing a great job of keeping her in check during my Tiger time lol.

So I finished the weekly with each day under par on my worst course. Wow! Well that is a win for me.

Mike posted a crazy score though...congrats! !

For the next weekly, I will set swing difficulty from 'very hard' as per our usual, to 'expert.' For fun I will also do two of the dailies this way but you won't know which ones.
