Nice round sir! I've noticed my biggest weakness in this game mode is inconsistency with my wedge game from 70 - 120 yards. Seems like I am coming up short all the time. Maybe I'm just not committed on my downswing and under swing it too much.

Another thing I did a few times today was leave myself in really bad spots to try to make birdie putts. I had three or four 8 - 15 footers that were just brutal. Had to just lag them to not run them 8 feet by.

I just can't say enough how much I enjoy the parody in this game mode. When you're on you can get hot, but when you're off it's a struggle. I was tense last night in the final round of the 4 round club tourney. Was tied with bork going into 17 and only had 2 birdies on my card and 1 bogey, the rest pars. I birdied 17 and 18 to win by 2, but it came right down to the end. I was tense on 17 tee!

Honestly can't remember if I tried, but I think I wasn't able to connect to the EA servers last night. Either way, I'll see how it goes tonight to get in a round on the daily tourney.

Not sure the daily will still be up tonight, man. I couldn't schedule a daily for today because the Atlanta daily carried over into today. You can't have two dailies going, per the scheduling system at the site. You can get a career round or two in, though while you wait for tomorrow's daily to go live around midnight or so, depending on your time zone.

Not sure the daily will still be up tonight, man. I couldn't schedule a daily for today because the Atlanta daily carried over into today. You can't have two dailies going, per the scheduling system at the site. You can get a career round or two in, though while you wait for tomorrow's daily to go live around midnight or so, depending on your time zone.

That's cool. I can wait on Thursday's if I missed the cut. I've been working on my career along with the tourney's.

I've been working on my career too. I lost my putter in my golf bag with my first profile golfer, so I had to delete him and start over. I just finished the second tourney of my PGA career last night.

Had a career tournament at Oak Hill, and shot -32 for four rounds. Second place was 20 shots behind. LOL I guess I was upset with my 3rd place finish in my first tournament. I ended that one with a 9 on the Par 5 72nd hole. Two balls in the drink. That steamed me.

It is a beast. I couldn't believe all the birdies I was making. I normally consider 4 under a good round at Oak Hill. I switched my irons to the Ping i20's last night and hit lots of good shots to 4 - 15 feet and the putter stayed hot.

So what kind of swing style do you guys prefer?

My setup is: Control, High, Draw

Just for fun today I switched back to a Power swing, and I hit some BAD shots. I give up quite a bit in distance, though, so on Par 5's, I have to try to wedge it close to make birdies. Control swing is the only way I can compete.

I noticed the club needs some H2H matches to move up... I will be glad to play some time if anyone wants. My schedule varies, but i try to make time for at least one round per day. I've been playing a lot lately, but I don't play football or hockey, so golf is about all I play.

Wow, I didn't realize I had set yesterday's daily for a night round? Either that or it was a 'live' time of day setting, lol. It was interesting playing a full round at night. Finished -5 but not good enough to catch miller at -9!

I like the glowing ball in night golf. I wish I had found you guys' forum earlier. It seems like lots of players in the club don't play much any more.

Yeah it was much more active March through early June. Then it started to drop off and really fell off when NCAA came out.

Still...I can't seem to quit it. Just a great game of golf. Only a few more rounds my 300th.

I like it a lot too. Aside from the glitches, it's by far the best golf game ever, in my opinion. If only there were more courses to play...

Lol well with the Historic Edition and all the dlc courses there's quite a few.

However I am hoping that next spring they will bring back some more courses in a six pack dlc for 19.99 or so, since we won't be getting a new game. I would like:

Harbour Town
The Old White/Greenbrier
Hazeltine
Liberty National (for the Barclays)
Sahalee
Turnberry
