Last year we all made our golfers have realistic attributes. It maybe different this year due to our golfers having levels. Right now the max I can make my attributes is 80, I have everything at 70 or 69 currently.

Right now I can't tell much of a difference between when I started my golfer and my guy who got descent stats.

I hope not.

Some of us (like myself) are pretty average players. Putting a cap on attributes would make me that much worse!

Regardless though, whatever the CC decides, I am good with....I am going to be bottom of the pack for the majority of the tournaments anyways.

Well I'm learning to play. My driving is good and my short game is really good. I still miss lots of greens but usually I'm able to get up&down from bunkers/rough. I played the demo and early release with default sim settings and now with visible strike meter its much easier...

Just played -3 at Muirfield and that course is just amazing, there was like 5 or 6 situations where I just had to hit a draw instead of my normal fade. Playing smart is a key there, just have to find the fairways all the time.

The honor system is using a created golfer not Pros. Right now there is no attribute cap.

Ok thanks. Seeing how I never use pro players I should be good. That along with not getting a lot of time playing to upgrade my golfer means I probably will akways be looking up at others scores lol

My lvl62 CAG's skills are:

Power 73
Accuracy 75
Workability 26
Spin 30
Recovery 74
Putting 70

Workability I will raise, don't really know what to do with spin. Balls are stopping to greens pretty well atleast with short irons atm...

Shot a +3 on today's Daily. Missed a 3 footer for birdie on 18 that would have tied me with today's leader " Tandor"

So are we playing on Simulation with NO adjustments?

Want to try and use the same settings for my "offline" play that we will use for our tournaments.

When I selected Simulation difficulty...wow, they just turn EVERYTHING off! No wind speed or anything, which seems kind of odd to me.

This is going to be sim golf, want people to have fun but shoot realistic scores. You are on the honor system as it pertains to you using a created golfer and not a pro. There will be no boost pins used.

OS Bushwood Settings

Difficulty: Simulation
Green grid: No beads
Strike meter: Analog
Zoom to Aim: On
Wind Display: On
Shot shape: Advanced

Sim with those adjustments. I really like these settings.

Wow, the shot shaping on advanced combined with the strike meter on analog are absolutely giving me fits.

I just can't seem to hold the cursor dead center with my right thumb and then swing at an angle with my left thumb...

I can do one or the other...just not both at the same time

Probably won't be entering too many club tournaments any time soon...going to have to practice a LOT.

Stick with it. I have/had the same problem.
Got a lot better though when I switched the swing to RS.
It will be a while before I compete in any shape or form for the top spot but it should be fun getting there some day.

Yeah, I tried to switch to the right stick as well and it was much worse for me too lol. Love the game, I've just accepted that I'm probably gonna be scraping the bottom of the barrel for a while unless I step my game up.
