I'm a power draw golfer with high trajectory. It took me about 1.5-2 weeks to get my swing dialed in. Started off very erratic off the tee but am now constantly able to hit high % of FIR. I'm still good for 1-2 drives per round that I screw up by pushing stick straight up, instead of at the angle, but I've always been able to recover very well in this series.

Putting is streaky for me, from the 12-28 ft range. Some rounds I'm on fire, others I will burn the edges constantly. Anytime I'm over 28 ft away, I expect 2 putts and if I hole it, that's a bonus. I am consistently in the 27-29 PPR unless I'm on a hot streak.

The daily at Colonial, I hit every fairway(IIRC) except the par 5 on back 9. Birdied every hole on back except that par 5.

Rumor has it that's where the ball is SUPPOSED to go.

I thought the goal was to play tee to sand.

Been following this thread for a while finally decided to join looks like a lot of fun. Basically read the whole thread know the rules. Sim mode cag only two tries but only if u freeze. Would love to join my gt is icycory

Believe I posted a -4 in yesterdays daily. Realized at the end of the round that my clubs had changed back to the original starter pack. No clue how long I've been playing with this clubs. Let's just say I was pretty borked about that finding.

Think I posted negative double digits on the weekly. I played ok throughout the four rounds but not nearly enough the reach the top 4 leaders.

I don't think it's been deadset for Monday. And I have been reading the boards and some really bad bugs have come up as a result of the patch. I think it only affects H2H. But that would suck because I miss H2H games. Since they put in stroke simoultanious, it was always real fun playing a foursome. Now everytime I look for a game with Tournament settings, I get one guy and for whatever reason, it's always Sawgrass. I'm shocked hom many people play Tiger with easy settings. I've had more luck playing Simulation but without shot preview, that's a whole new can of worms.

Agreed. I don't play a lot of H2H matches, so hopefully i won't be adversely affected.

Patch update #2 from Sean @ EA Sports Forums

Ok, Microsoft has officially given us a window of 2-6 am PST or 5-9 am EST tomorrow morning for the 360 patch to go live. So we will be wiping all stats at roughly 10 am EST / 7 am PST tomorrow morning to ensure that it is safely done after the patch is available. We will also be crediting each 360 player 25k coins at this time.

All online stats should be affected, including country clubs, tourneys, and head 2 head leader-boards. Pins, coins, XP, created golfer level, and all offline career stats, etc...will be untouched.

PS3 users are reporting an issue where their weekly club competitions for member or champion, etc...were hosed on those stats screens after their patch. My engineer assures me that this is a server problem that will be solved Monday morning when a fresh week starts.

I will be around today and tomorrow to help smooth over any bumps you might encounter.

Yeah the Sawgrass things is obnoxious. I think if there are no games currently made with the settings you search for, if anyone else is searching for the same settings it will group you two together and default to TPC Sawgrass. You'd think they would just make it random... Hopefully the patch addresses this and doesn't break much else.

I played a couple of CC rounds this morning, post-patch.

The only real change I noticed...other than it seems a BIT smoother, was the putting camera change. That's definitely a nice change, thanks for listening, EA.

They are going to do the reset pretty soon this morning for the online stats, is my understanding.

So far, so good!
