    2 questions: Spin and Coins (TW14)

    Hi guys,

    although I've been playing the TW series for some years, I never really took notice of the spin ability of my golfer: I always left it at the lowest rate and upgraded power, putting, and recovery instead. As I play without spin in-game, I thought I wouldn't need to upgrade this ability - I hope you get my point.
    Anyway, today a friend told me that it doesn't have to do anything with the spin you apply manually, but rather influences how much "natural" spin your shot has, e.g. leading to the ball not rolling too far once it has hit the ground.
    Can anyone verify this?

    My second question is about coins in TW14: Don't we get any through our country club like in TW13? Do I "only" earn coins by playing? Seems a long way to buy the 14,000 coin pin pack ...

    Spin attribute is about the natural back spin. Tour pro and high I would put attr points in there. I play on modified pro with spin so I leave it at 40 because I like to roll my ball up to the hole with manual spin.

    You earn coins by playing and earning a certain level on your CC weekly "standings". Same as in 13. Since there is no course mastery and no way to purchase DLC courses with coins, all your coins go to pins or upgrading golfer faster. The 4000 coin pack has the same amount of course pins as the 14000 pack but just the rarity of the pins matter. I'm hoping that there aren't rare course pins.

      So the best (only?) Thing to spend coins on is buying your xp to level faster? Seems like it but I haven't really dug in to find out. We don't use pins in the CC so I don't on my CAG either.

        Course pins. It will help out your CC increase rank with a multiplier every round you play on a certain course. Keep buying the 4000 coin pack
