Downloaded the early release and was playing fine until I bought the disc today which locks up when loading every course when trying to play a round. Anyone else with this issue?

I can get by the loading, but I can't get more than 1 or two holes into a round before my Xbox 360 completely freezes. Tried installing the game to the hard disk, but makes no difference. -

Not all of the time, but I did have 2 freezes in about 4 hours last night. Very annoying.Comment

I've had two freezes in the space of three rounds, both times on the intro video of the Open Championship. Had to power off each time. (Xbox 360 Historic version, installed to hard drive.)Comment

The demo locked up on me this morning. Decided to go out and buy the Masters edition, and it locked up also.Florida State Seminoles

One of the things I am hearing that causes freezes is button mashing between holes or at the end of a round. If you are doing some of this try not to and see if it continues....just trying to get some answers here folks.

Twice now my PS3 locked up just trying to create a golfer!! Master's Edition and I can't make a face for my golfer. Hoping it's just me as I haven't owned a golf game since TW10 and really want to play this game!!Comment

Yep. Got the game today. I am scare the lockups are going to kill this game for me. (360 regular) Lockup online in the Tour difficulty 5 hole shootout, and several soft locks at the beginning of the round where the game wont load, I hit the xbox guide button, hear the guide open, close the guide and the game is fine.
Please EA.....figure this OUT! This is after if took about an hour for my gameface to render.Comment

It has something to do with FIOS if you have it. I turned off the internet connection and it works fine. Turn it back on and can't get past the first hole I play.Comment
