    Kinect-only impressions?

    Hi all - I'm interested in Tiger 14, but I'm pretty much only looking for Kinect information. I'd be buying both a Kinect and Tiger 14, and pretty much just for this game. Ultimately I'm trying to find out if it would be worth it as a hack golfer playing on a 50" TV and both trying to get better as well as fantasizing about playing some of these courses. Any Kinect-only impressions?

      The Kinect part works, I myself tried it for a round but it really didn't add much to the game for me, probably won't use it much but it was fun and seemed to work well.

          Any particular reason why? I'd think that a good golf game is probably the best game suited to Kinect (except for the dancing/workout type games), so I'm a little curious why you'd be more interested in just playing with the controller and not the kinect.

              I've only tried it once but was not impressed with it just didn't do anything extra for me didn't seem to have as much control over the game. I do plan on trying again later so who knows maybe my assumptions will change on it

                  Do you play golf? If not, then I think the impressions you give may reflect from a point of view that isn't entirely accurate. I am curious also about the Kinect experience since I do play golf but I have only Tiger 12 and no Kinect. I'm not knocking you, I just want to understand your perspective because playing golf and hitting a great shot is such a "feel good" thing that maybe TGW14 and Kinect can offer.

                      I play golf, and the kinect adds nothing to TW 14 IMO that reflects golf. Although Season Sports 2 is cartoony, it plays better.
