    PS3 or 360 for TW14 H.E. in April?

Seeing $10 off both console versions now so thinking of picking it up(hoping it might get even lower since I want DLC). I am still playing TW13 trying to get the last season done(about to start US Open).

There was a similar thread, but based on the demo and all answers came in just one week of February. I also have a few topics of discussion on basing the decision.

The PS3 version was too easy even on the hardest setting in TW13 so I lowered accuracy and recovery. When that got too easy I did what they are doing in 14: Forced myself to always hit a draw on any club higher then the wedges. This worked okay for the system after I bumped my accuracy back up.

I downloaded the demo on the 360(not for the PS3). The one difference I noticed was on the swing meter. With the PS3 in 13, the result of your swing was jagged lines. With the demo in 14 in shows curved lines or maybe a more accurate picture of what your swing was like with the analog stick.

I have basically run out of space on my PS3. It's a fat 60GB version I bought back in May 2007. I still have been able to take off the old games and install the new version with no problems. My 360 has 120GB I think, space is not an issue there, I just don't buy games for it. I don't have a gold membership, but not concerned about playing online(not sure if that means no country club).

Better break down the areas up for debate:

1)Is the swing system basically the same on each console? Does one provide more of a challenge(not because of glitches, but because the analog is more accurate)?

2)Can you play in a country club on the 360 without paying for a gold membership? I don't play online really, but liked being a member. Maybe with coins not being used to buy courses I don't need it anyway.

3)Not sure of current patch(if any), but are there any bugs that could be game breakers on one system only? Last year on PS3 the ball placement was annoying. Just clear a 200yd water hazard, but get placed on the other side of the pond for example. Mainly happened in bunkers though.

    4) Are there any real misc. advantages or disadvantages in gameplay on either system?

I will edit if I think of more. The main thing driving me to the PS3 is the DLC. I only want the courses for real events. The 14 pack is $40 but I won't use 10 of them in career(not sure what the fake events are and if you can sub them, that might change my mind).

So with the TPC 4 pack for $10, and 4 courses(Bethpage, Colonial, Pinehurst, Whistling Straits) a $5 a piece, I would get a $30 total. On PS3 it's just that. On 360 I would have to buy $50 worth of Microsoft points since I have none currently.

Got a lot of views, but no bites I guess. I see that both systems are waiting on a patch. Leaning to the PS3 version even more now.

Any big problems with the PS3 version right now? Especially something that might not be on the list of fixes. Look like most of them are for online, country club or minor fixes that aren't gameplay.
