So as per my other thread....i see what u all r talking about........yes sand /rough limits the distance u can hit ball........

BUt how then are you penalized for hitting into a greenside bunker....when distance is not an issue?

do traps also increase your error of distance? ie: may think u hit it 10yrds....but b/c of sand...ball goes 8 yds.....or even 15 yds?

do traps decrase spin?

do traps make error more sensitive on the upswing of joystick?

It does decrease spin. And I am pretty sure you can't hit it as far as you could from the fairway.
