Well, depending on how hard you putt, it really depends. Also, green speed really matters. The Masters will have super super fast greens, since that's Augusta. Where as other tourneys might have slow conditions, which will slow the ball down. If it's raining, I usually putt harder since the ball doesn't want to roll with the green. I use the rule of every inch up/downhill, I increase/decrease the distance by 1 ft on the distance. Rule of thumb is for every inch elevation you either increase or decrease your distance to the cup by 1 foot.
Example is you are 25 feet to the hole and the cup is 3 inches below the cup decrease your aiming arrow to 22 ft.
Obviously you need to adjust for fast slow or wet greens. Hope this helps.
