Man, I don't follow golf all that much, but when I hear Mickelson had a share of the lead after round 3, I had to watch the last round. I can't believe I watched the entire round and didn't fall asleep, like I usually do. I can't believe for once, golf was exciting for me. That was pure pressure on that last putt on 18 for Phil, I was pulling for him. Congrats to him!!

that final round was intense...PDiddy and I were IM'ing through the entire back 9, and all the great shots and everything had us dying

I've always watched the 4 major tournaments each year, and I'll watch some of the other ones, usually just have it on as background noise while on the web or playing a game. I pay more attention if there's a golfer I care about on, but watching some of the lesser known pros isn't that exciting for me. I'll watch a round of Tiger, Phil, Ernie, et al though, that's always pretty interesting

Little late, but same here. I used to play golf every once in a while in the summer, but since Mickelson won the Masters and I picked up Links, I have the urge to play a lot of golf lately. I got out for a round yesterday, and probably will today. I am finally discovering how much fun golf is to play, and sometimes to watch on TV also.
