Like I said in the first post the courses were randomly selected from my friends played list.

I will replace it with one of the official courses today.

Yeah I noticed where you said that and also figured that you had probably not played all the courses yourself.

It's all good man. Thanks for letting me know about that course. I would rather know about the bad courses now than having to regret later.

Sorry, I'm confused. He said the tour wasn't starting till after the patch drops, but people are posting scores?

Maybe I am just stupid?

I just played this tourney and I finished -1 for the two rds. I was impressed. Reading the greens wasn't too bad for the most part

Here it is...

OS Purist Tour Preview is now live. A 36-hole par-3 competition to get our feet wet without the green grid in a tournament like atmosphere. The course: Birdie Island Par 3 Championship.

Goodluck boys - it's open until Monday at 1 but results will close at Sunday around 7est - normal ending time for more Tour events

Just so everyone knows - you must find this under 'Play Tournament'. Not "Play Tour". Then just search for the title.

Finished my rounds with a combined 3 over par. I really like the added difficulty of no green grid but this course did'nt really have bad greens. All in all, had fun!!

Well, with the Tour Championship wrapped up, I'll go ahead and post the results for our first preview tournament. With the great turn out - I'm interested to hear if you guys want to run another during this upcoming week with the full Tour settings. Anywho - here are the full results!

I really like how the overall scores look - very good range!! If we can get a good course picked out, I'll set up another tournament for a few days that we can all play a few rounds on.

I won't be able to play this week, but I just wanted to show my support for continuing to do these events. It was amazing how difficult some of the greens were to read due to the varying shadows alone, but it was a lot of fun. It was a great course, too!

Also, congrats to miacanes12, you made some shots I wouldn't have thought possible, haha.

Looking forward to another try. Really not sure about playing with the scout camera off especially on unfamiliar courses so curious to see how that goes.
