TGC on PS4- Editing your avatar

Does anyone know how to do this? I can't seem to figure it out in the game.

On the screen where you choose to add a player or change game mode press triangle

If you're talking about your player/character, this. If you're talking about the icon that shows up in the menu screens and stuff, it's the same as your PSN avatar.

Thanks for the response, that's what I figured but my PSN avatar won't appear (still have a smiley face). I'm going to play around with it, I think it may be because I'm using a *.PNG image.

The first time that I changed my avatar after playing TGC, it didn't seem to switch right away. After a few times playing, it finally did and it's been pretty much immediate since.
