"Rule of thumb" for wind and elevation

I know this game is best played by feel, but I'm looking for some general "rules of thumb" for compensating for elevation and wind impacts in RMPGAT e.g.

    - for every 3ft of elevation add 1 yard distance?
    - when putting, for every inch of elevation add 1 yard distance?
    - for every 1mph of wind add 2 yard distance?

Above are just examples. And yep, I know this is also influenced by course conditions and other variables like lie, etc- am just looking for a ballpark to begin with.

    Edit: updated to specify RMPGAT

Which game are you speaking of? There are three golf games being discussed in this forum.
