Electronic Arts has ordered the recall of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 for PlayStation 2, according to a report on MCV this afternoon, after the publisher uncovered an unspecified technical problem.

Apparently people on the Game Faqs boards have mentioned that the PS2 wouldn't load up the Seve Challenge in the PAL version. They'd get to Seve in the legend tour, try to boot up the game, and it flat wouldn't load. A faithful listener commented on slowdown but no word on whether it was his game or the PS2. Also no word on NTSC versions (I hope not!). -
