    TW2005 - Modifiers and profiles

I have been playing TW2005 for a couple of hours now and was wondering if someone could provide some guidance to the relation between the modifiers that each piece of equipment and apparel have compared to your attribute modification. Secondly does anyone know what difference the various clubs make. I seem to struggle more with the expensive clubs with big modifiers than with the cheap clubs with low modifiers. In general does anyone know of a site where you can get some useful info on how all these work as the manual sucks and most sites I've seen only deals with cheat codes (which in my view is the most stupid part of any game).

The modifiers just add to the maximum attribute. For example, normally, power could only be at 100. With a driver with +4 in the power, your max can be higher. A +4 lucky golf tee will add 4 to your maximum luck, etc.

I really don't think the type of club has anything to do with how you hit the ball. I think all the clubs are the same except they can have different attributes modifiers, and you can get more sponsorship money by using them. I don't think they're different other than that.

For the site, you could check www.easports.com. The forums probably have some info.

I just got my character up to 100% for all skills...

I don't think I will go past the 100%, even though I have the cash...

I am seriously addicted to the game... I bought it on Day 1, but haven't played for a while... but the last week or so, I have been playing like crazy.

Yeah, me too. I played online, and I got tired of getting beat by guys that were driving the ball 380 yards, so I set out to beat the Legend Challenge. I did that yesterday. I have everything maxed out at 110 percent now. I also started using spin since everyone else does. I can't seem to find anyone that plays without it, and I got tired of people being 2 feet from the pin every time because of spin. Haven't been online again to challenge anyone, but maybe tonight.
