HCP Errors?

Does anyone have a Handicap that seems really out of wack? Mine is around +16 even though I may of had one round under par. I played in a tournament with HCP on and had no chance. It was at +18.7 at one point.

I'm pretty sure it's all messed up and out of whack due to the server issues and such. I'm hoping the recent/upcoming (out on PS4, XB1 still waiting) patch resolves it. There was a mention in the patch notes about stats updating delays etc.


Mine seems accurate, at least it did. But it hasn't updated in forever, just like the game hasn't tracked stats on my profile in forever. If you go to your profile page in the game, you can see your stats, and your handicap log. I'd assume you'll see some strange things in there like I do. None of my recent rounds show up. Last one that shows was July 1. It shows about 9-10 that tracked just fine between then and release, but nothing recent. I've even got some that show up in my handicap log that say I played it in January?


So, I think what you're seeing probably has something goofy to do with the servers and the stat/handicap tracking stuff, and I'm hoping they get this fixed. It's pretty annoying, and useless to have stats screens to track your stats playing and it doesn't work properly, and it's even worse to have a handicap system that's not working, and factors in with tournaments etc. like you said.

If you play courses that aren't handicap rated (user-created courses without a minimum number of plays) your handicap log will not reflect your rounds there. Only course that are handicap rated.

Doesn't mean that there isn't something goofy with the stats, especially that January round.
