Tiger Woods 14 Editor?

I just got curious seeing NCAA Football has an EA editor, has anyone been able to make or hack something together for TW14 (or TW13, TW12 etc...)? It would be cool if there was a way to add more courses to these older games seeing the servers are no longer online to purchase the DLC.

Have you downloaded it? If so,
* how do you do it? Save it under PS3--> SAVEDATA?
* what all does it provide?
* is there a virus on the download (I have two laptops, and I do REDMC work on my old one because I turn off my antivirus software)?

I don't have a PS3, Xbox360 here so couldn't test. I'd definitely be virus checking any 3rd party download from the web before executing it.

I couldn't figure out how to download it and put it on my PS3.
