Golf Simulator for home use questions

I have been toying with the idea of setting up a golf simulator in one of the clubhouses in my condo development. It is an over 55 community and is actually built on property surrounded by a golf course, so there are a lot of golfers who reside here.

Anyway, I was looking for suggestions on what would be needed to do this. I know there is Skytrack available to use with TGC 2019 I believe. But what components must I have to pull this off correctly? Other/better software/simulators?

Not looking for a super sophisticated commercial type set up, but one where the golfers can see the course as it lays out in front of them and one that plays realistically.

Thanks for any pointers or suggestions...

I don't own, nor have I even tried any sort of launch monitor/golf simulator, so I can't speak to your question directly. I can direct you to the golf simulator forum, which I do think you'll find helpful. Check it out and see what you think; here's the link:

After more reading in the Golf Simulator Forum, I come away with the impression that TGC 2019 is quite popular among SkyTrak, GC2 and Pro Tee users. R-Motion was apparently working at included it in their supported apps, but after a year of indicating pursuit of it, that hasn't happened yet.
