Player creator for EA PGA 22

More than anything I hope they have a good player creation feature. They need to allow us to morph the faces not just select like presets. I want to see if I can replicate certain golfers and I need it to look as close to the real thing. Hopefully they'll have a lot of clothing options. Maybe original penguin. They're in 2k. I want to try Cameron Smith. Thoughts? What are you looking for?

Photo Game Face...bring it back.

Lots of gear from lots of brands...clothing, shoes, clubs, balls, hats, etc. Get back to the heyday of TW.

I still have nightmares from some of the face model options from pga 15. Straight out of a horror movie. Needs to be at least as good as TW14 was.

NBA 2K still uses a similar functionality...you use the game's companion MyPlayer app and take your picture with your phone. Then it would connect to your 2K account and it would show up in game. And you could do this all before the full game even came out, as the pre-release demo was just setting up your MyPlayer.

I remember game face being in like TW07. Don’t get why here in 2021 that couldn’t be done.

NBA 2K still uses a similar functionality...you use the game's companion MyPlayer app and take your picture with your phone. Then it would connect to your 2K account and it would show up in game. I've never gotten this to work on NBA2K but presumably if it's worked for you in the past, that'd be pretty cool.

I used it once. You had to download an app on your phone right?

Correct. And then if your experience was anything like mine, you spent the next 15-20 minutes taking various photos of your own face and then having it not work at all.

I got it to work once. Haven't played 2K in a few years. I remember it not really turning out well.

I got mine working in 2k. I got a small scar on one side and it make me look like a monster lol
