Re: Vijay/Links '05 ?
It won't have real golfers, or real tournaments though if i'm not mistaken. Its not a big deal though real tournaments would be nice, but i'm guessing the game can have real courses. If this game is a good sim i may have to pick it up.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium. -

Originally posted by noyrbpatsI think the studio that made Links and Amped was sold to Take 2.
The press release discussed both a new Singh golf game, and acquisition of Microsoft's "team" titles. The two are not connected, other than a new Ubisoft push in the sports arena. Ubisoft's Links game does not have the Links engine.
It was a confusing press release. I thought they had the Links engine on first read, as well.5WG | Facebook | Twitter | fiftytwoplays

Re: Vijay/Links '05 ?
I think Links was with MS sports, but it and Amped were sold to take 2 a couple of months ago. At the time I was disapointed since I thought those were MS's best two titles and didn't want to see anyone jack them up, but since they were gonna have to go to someone better TakeTwo than Ubisoft I think. I can't wait to see what's done with it next year, and hopefully Ubisofts game will be pretty good too, the more games out there the better since it just means more for us to choose from.Twitter:@Fetter21
