Just played a quick (and I mean quick...) round here. It's a par-3, nine-hole course. Some cool views, and a lot of assets I really wish that were available to us in the course designer. But, that's about it. Not sure if this will be used in any other way...maybe in multiplayer?

However, with this being a course at Big Cedar Lodge, I wonder if that means others from this resort could be added - especially since Tiger Woods himself has a course there (Payne's Valley).

Just played another round here, and the commentator welcomed me to the Big Cedar Lodge in Arizona...

The resort is actually in Missouri.

Gawd...that's just a really weak promo, especially with the commentary being off. Sigh. Do these people actually think about this stuff before they roll it out?

Just played another round here, and the commentator welcomed me to the Big Cedar Lodge in Arizona...

The resort is actually in Missouri.

There are so many announcing errors in this game. I was playing a career mode round a few weeks back and it cut to a replay of Harold Varner III playing the same hole I was playing and I knew he was +1 for the round at that point. The replay showed him at -4!? He never got any lower than -2 for the round and ended up even.... (sigh).

The marketing gaffes and niggles with the game are no surprise to me (sadly).

More of the same from HB and a very unclear commitment from 2K.

This still doesn't seem to be something they consider to be on the same rung as their NBA efforts.

I really wish they'd not purchased the HB shop and instead either built an in-house next gen dev team for this (or perhaps partnered with someone else).

My bull case here is...maybe this was one last rodeo on the legacy efforts stemming from all the way back to TGC1 and there will be a truly ground up next-gen game in a few years.

I see that a lot because I have rival replays/look-ins or whatever it's called on. Player scorecards on the replays don't match up at all with the leader board. It's really unacceptable and should be borderline embarrassing for them.
