Hoping Both EA and 2K Provide PS5 Pro Enhancement Update
Recognizing content updates are likely done for both games (except 2K with a Holiday Season update), I'm hoping at least EA provides a Pro enhancement update eventually. It's already a graphical marvel in my opinion and would like to see how further these graphics can pop when playing the Masters again come Spring.Tags: None -
Re: Hoping Both EA and 2K Provide PS5 Pro Enhancement Update
I doubt there will be any kind of enhancements, additions, or updates for either game going forward, unfortunately.
EA seems 100% done with golf altogether at this time, as a fair number of the devs that worked on EA PGA aren't even with the company anymore.
2K has already semi-announced that a new PGA 2K game is coming in the next 2-5 months, so I'd think all development time and energy would be spent on the new title, and not on doing anything with their 2-plus-year-old game.
I have no idea what goes into these kinds of enhancements, or how much development time it takes to get them ready, but the seeing as neither game has seen any kind of update for the last 7-10 months, it would be surprising to see them put effort into this.Last edited by MrArlingtonBeach; 11-13-2024, 05:22 PM.Orbis Non Suficit -

I'm 99.99% certain they will offer this option to turn vsync off in both the PS5 and XBox Series X versions of 2K25, however.Duke Football? Hell yes it's Duke Football! --- Coach CutcliffeComment
