Clarity Needed On MyCareer in PGA 2K25

As someone who regularly (almost exclusively) plays a Quick Game-style, I was wondering if anyone was aware if enhancements to MyCareer in 2K25 would allow me to skip right to being a PGA Pro playing the PGA courses?

My intent is to on Day 1 release create a PGA Pro (i.e. Jordan Spieth) and play as him and be able to play against the PGA Pros (and actually see "Jordan Spieth" on the screen and not my gametag id). It's my work around since PGA 2K25 Quick Play will not allow for us to play against the PGA Pros (as a fellow PGA Pro) and from a personal aesthetics standpoint see the golfer's full name on screen.

Would love the community's thoughts on this being a practical option.

You can skip right to the PGA Tour when setting up career mode.

Your MyPlayer name will show in career mode, too - not your gamertag. The only thing may be that Jordan Spieth will show up on the leaderboards already, along with your created player, if they have the rights to use his name. So "Jordan Spieth" could be shown twice on the leaderboards - once for your player and once for the "real" Jordan Spieth.

Thanks for the info! With the new enhancements to MyPlayer customization this year hoping there will be folks creating tutorials on how to create current (or legend) PGA Pros.
