    Forza: CPU road rage?

Just venting a little bit of frustration that I have at the moment with this great game.

Okay, I'm racing at Road America in the B-Class cup (2-lap race), and I've been sitting in second the whole time. Coming down the last semi-straight stretch on the track after the carousel (turn 10). I had managed to catch up with the lead car, a Supra, and I overtake him on the straight. Just before I get clear of him though, the computer-controlled car goes out of his way to fishtail me, sending me into the dirt and ultimately costing me 4 positions. Now I realize the computer will hit back if you hit them, but this was completely unprovoked.

Anyone else have any similar incidents?

Ive been waiting for that in VG's for years... you defintely have to watch your back. could you have braked in that condition and lessened the effects of the attempted fishtail?

I like when they ram into your rear end when going into a turn.

Well, this particular time, the guy got me good and there was nothing I could've done except let him win, which isn't really an option come to think of it.

On previous times that the CPU has attempted to knock me out, I typically just countersteer and let off the gas a little, and if they hit me in a side-by-side situation I hit back harder.

Yea, I dont mind a little bumping, but there are some issues. The AI always tends to overshoot the turns on atlanta and tokyo, either smashing into the back of whom ever is in front of them, or smashing into a wall. It wouldnt be so bad except it happens everytime. I always have to take a different line going into specific turns because of this, which I dont care for.

I haven't noticed anything on those tracks, except for a race or two at Atlanta, but for the most part I'm racing by myself on those tracks. The tracks where the AI seems to keep it together is Blue Mountain, Laguna Seca, and Rio DE Janeiro.
