Best F1 racing game

I looking for a F1 racing game and was wondering what is the best F1 game for either the PS2 or Xbox.

There aren't any I would call great on the consoles. The one I liked the best was Grand Prix Challenge (PS2). The EA F1 games were pretty bad and the one from Sony was average.

Formula One 06 is coming out this summer. There isn't much interest/following for it here though, as I posted a thread about it a few weeks ago and received no replies.

TOCA 3 features Open Wheel and F1 cars, but they are not the sole type/league featured in the game.

I'm looking forward to checking out Formula One 06, as I am really enjoying Formula One racing more and more.

Jimplication, I didn't even realize F106 was coming out in the US. The one time I checked on it, it said it was a Europe release only.

That's the PS3 version, not PS2 or PSP.

Sorry, should have been more specific. As he was talking about it being released in the summer, I assumed he was talking about the PS2 version. Which AFAIK is a Europe release only.
