If I can find this game for under $20 used, I may join you. Loved TOCA2. I'm pretty dense when it comes to custom settings and still looking for a good guide on that (hint, hint). Did I ever get into races with you on TOCA2, pk? I'm a pretty clean driver and don't take the grassy knoll shortcuts either.....hate that crap.

Man, I miss playing this game already. Too bad my brother went on to borrow my Xbox without asking so I can't join in these sessions now.

Well, get your Xbox back from the bastard!

P.S.: I'm not at DSP anymore, so racing with 80s F1 cars at Spa can become an OS tradition.

      Take care,

Don't worry about setups: I don't allow them in any of my races. You run stock settings or you don't run at all. It allows the true drivers to shine instead of mediocre or sh*t drivers who find hot, unrealistic setups on the Net. That remark is directed in general, not to you, Flyboys.

That's why I much prefer TOCA 3 to Forza, as Forza relies too much on setups for speed instead of pure driving talent. Nothing pissed me off more in Forza than seeing some azzhole with a hot setup bouncing off walls and putting wheels in the dirt over and over yet still finishing on the podium.

Flyboys, I can't recall racing against you. But I sure would like to! EB is selling TOCA 3 used for $17.99:

Heh, yeah I'll be getting it back from him soon. He's good at ducking me after he knows he pulled off something slick. Revenge is coming, though.

Wow, I didn't know you left DSP. That's news to me. I guess a lot must've happened that I don't know about since I've been out of the loop for majority of the summer.

            Kruza:

No sense in airing dirty laundry, but let's just say there were a lot of issues over there that put me in a crock pot starting about a year ago or so, intensified and compounded in the spring and early summer, and boiled over in mid-July. My departure was totally voluntary and without fanfare, in a change from my 58 tearful retirements and returns from Sports Reviewers. It was just time to leave, for a lot of reasons.

And in the inimitable words of Forrest Gump, "That's all I gotta say about that."
