I must say I was very impressed with ESPN's coverage this week. I like how they hung around a afterwards for numerous interviews. Also how they wait to go off the air, so they can interview Kevin Harvick after he comes out of the NASCAR trailer. Also was funny to see ESPN not bleep out Stewart when he said S**t, but then during Sportcenter they caught it and bleeped it out. Overall good racing, tough breaks for Hamlin, Earnhardt Jr. and Johnson. Great racing for the lead between Harvick and Stewart. looks like 2 people got it right this week with predicting Stewart, Good call mgoblue and mniner2003.

I have found the commentating to be a snooze fest, ever since DW and the gang stopped doing it.
They actually made it fun to watch.Comment

I just want it on the record that I hate their stupid car aerodynamics computer graphics on the cars....they try to make it all sound relevant, but the graphics do nothing to help explain things, just the words make senseNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Who Yall Picking For Indy
NASCAR really needs to get DW and his partners to cover the races again. I am a casual NASCAR fan, and I actually enjoyed watching races when they were on. DW(Fox) actually has a gripping personality. Kyle Petty(TNT) and Rusty Wallace(ESPN) have really stale and bland personalities, and don't really hold my interest.
I have a hard time watching the races when DW and the other guys aren't there. Boogity Boogity Boogity was always something to look forward to at the beginning of the race.Comment

NASCAR races last for what seems like forever, and the whole point to watch them on TV is to hear the commentary. Watching them go around and around in circles with bland commentary, is torture.Comment

I love good commentary, but I can handle bad commentary as long as I get to see some good racing. I thought today was great racing.Texas A&M Aggies

By the way, could they use a less flattering picture of Tony on ESPN.com?

Re: Who Yall Picking For Indy
I actually liked Petty for the few races he did. Wallace I don't like so much. It struck me when he said yesterday: "For Montoya to come out here and run so well is really impressive when he's never raced here in his life..." That kind of stupid comment irritates me from people who are supposed to know their stuff. How on Earth did he forget that Montoya has won the Indy 500 is beyond me.Comment
