grand prix 4 if your pc can handle all the updates for gfx tracks etc

f1 challenge 99-02 is a great f1 sim for the pc and has tons of modding options to download.

rfactor, not an f1 sim, but you can download the mod for the 2007 season for it which is the best looking of the three.

rFactor for the PC has at least three very good F1 mods.

Plus with rFactor, you get almost unlimited amounts of quality, free mods across the motorsports spectrum for the same price you'd pay for a standalone F1 game.

My vote goes to Grand Prix 4 hands down. I have mods for the 1991, 1995, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Season and my boy Hamilton is in the latest Season mod. The graphics in Grand Prix 4 even hold up to todays games and I am able to run the game at full throttle at 60FPS.

Grand Prix 4 has the best racing AI I have ever interacted with. It's the only racing game that feels organic like you are taking part in an actual Grand Prix weekend.
