if you can't find a game store that has it, check your local Wal Mart. Most Wal marts got it in yesterday.

Also, the music is real generic, but the game does support custom soundtracks.

yeah, I checked funcoland and toys r us. Didn't think about Wal Mart.

I read somewhere that the CPU drivers like to run into you, dropping your cars speed drasticly, while they loose no speed and blow past you. Is this a problem in the game? I planned on buying it as soon as I saw it but that stopped my from rushing out to get it.

I only raced through the first series of races, but I didn't have that problem at all. I raced from hood cam and won most of the races by 4+ seconds on default settings, so I didn't see catch up logic or the CPU drivers acting stupid.
