Personally, I can find no fault with the MS Wireless Wheel. I've never had a problem with it, and I've hammered it to death on some games.

Works better with NFS Pro Street than the controller.

As for games like Burnout, I'm not sure ANY wheel works better than a controller since you have so much rapid side-to-side movement. It's generally intended for the Forzas and arcade-style games like PGR than Burnout or whatever that other crash-em-up game was a few months back.
