The Internet Stock Car Association, formed in 2001, is an Arcade league placing emphasis on clean and courteous racing. The rules are tailor-made to guys who want to run side by side with other drivers they know they can trust. This is my first season with these guys and I felt this league needs to be bragged about! The admin staff is top notch. They carefully review races for infractions and will not tolerate those who choose to be ill-tempered and feel it necessary to start trouble. The bottom line of the ISCA is to race clean and fast and be confident that you will have nothing but fun and an enjoyable driving experience while you are here.
Adam Hamel, ISCA president, has this to say about his fine league and personally invites you to join us:
The ISCA was created for a few different reasons. We wanted to try something different in regards to a schedule and settings. We wanted to have a shorter season so that newcomers weren't left out of the points chase for very long. We wanted a place where anyone can have a chance and isn't sent to a lower division first. Most of all, we wanted a place where we had some control over how things were run and how the penalties were enforced. This league may not be for everyone. IF you enjoy Green Flag racing, come on aboard. IF you are able to control your car and not turn your fellow drivers around, sign up please. IF you don't mind taking an occasional penalty when you screw up (it happens to all of us), we want YOU. IF you're a semi-decent driver who respects all aspects of what we're doing here, grab a helmet. All that being said, we understand that accidents do happen. Not all wrecks will lead to penalties. The ONLY reason we are stiff on our penalties is to keep the number of yellows down.

Hope to see you there!!
