? for x-box Thunder 2003 owners

how does it compare to the ps2 version, i just got an x-box and am wondering if the graphics and sound are significantly better on this system.....thanks for any opinions and input

They're better, but I don't think they're $50 better if you already have it.

The graphics are little sharper, but the overall gameplay is pretty much the same. If you already have it on ps2 I would not go buy another one fore X-box.

You can rip your own soundtracks using the XBox hard drive.
EA will announce details of Thunder 2004 at E3 next month. Can't wait until September, I guess that's when it'll be out to coincide with the fall race at Talledega which EA sponsors.

yeah, cant wait for Thunder 2004 myself....thanks guys, for the input...i managed to find a copy at funcostop last night for 20 bucks, so that investment seemed to good to pass up....time to race

If you're looking for an Xbox NASCAR challenge, pick up NASCAR Heat 2002 for $19.99 used at EB or about the same or less at eBay or half.com.

Sure, it's based on the 2001 season, it doesn't have every track and every driver. But it's WAY more realistic and deep than NASCAR Thunder, with a hell of a lot more car setup options and a MUCH better and more realistic driving model.

The Xbox version of Heat 2002 is much more realistic and better-looking than the PS2 version of Heat 2002. Give it a shot.

i did exactly that....man, what a difference....especially since im in a Thunder 2003 league, so i have to go back and forth between the titles.....i havent gotten the hang of Heat at all, its my first non-EA racing game.....im loving it though
