hmm I did not see it in the ads however I got mine at walmart when it was not onsale for 39.97 - so this seems to be the regular price there.
If you are like BK and you don't live in NASCAR country(no walmarts) tuff it out and spend the 50

Can easily be found on eBay, new for <$30.00. I got one for a friend for $25.00 + shipping = $30.00 total.
