I got it.

Gameplay: Funny, everyone, including the mag says it controls the same... I totally disagree. The controls (gameplay) is better. The bikes are easier to drive and IMO, a little more realistic at the same time. If that makes sense. But definately NOT the same, and it's better. Also, the bike doesn't take off as aggressively, so it seems a manual will be more noticeable better.

Graphics: Hmm... I thought they were a little worse actually. Everything doesn't seem as clear... but it has an odd look to it. The rain is definately better, and when it's raining, now the track is super duper "wet" looking. Pretty neat. Also noticed the rear tire of the bike is really fat now. Lastly, the framerate had some troubles sometimes with a lot of bikes on screen at once.

OXM gave it an 8.5 and I'd give it about the same. Kind of dissapointed in the new graphical look. Colors are more washed out and bland, and overall it seems to be a little more blurry. But the gameplay has DEFINATELY improved IMO.
