Is the PC version going to differ any from the console edition?

I was thinking that maybe the PC version will have more options and be more in tune with what we actually see and have on I-Racing. I am not against getting the PC version if it has enough of the added options I was hoping for when this came out on the console.
Here is my take on spending them 0ney for one or both games. I break it down as an expense for entertainment value. I spent $80 on the console edition I have spent roughly 10 hours playing it off and on. Mainly just trying to tweak this or that. But I was enjoying those 10 hours so to me that equates to spending $8 an hour for entertainment. To me I have already got value in the game if I did not play another minute with it. You cannot go to McDonalds and buy a Big Mac meal for $8 these days and you have finished that up in 15 minutes, when you add that up for an hour worth of enjoyment you have spent $32.
I am I know I may be in the minority here, but I chuckle when people want to sue any game maker because they do not like the game of its just junk. i have spent way more than $80 ad went to the movies with my wife and I and the movie was pure garbage. Mind you that was only for 2 hours also.
But......I regress in that thought now.

So, if the PC version does in fact have more in tune like I-racing or for me, very similar with the option NR2003 had, I will have no problems spending another $80-$100 for that game. If I just play it for 40 hours which if it is like NR2003 but better graphics and all I will spend more than 100 hours. Let's assume it will be 100 hours of entertainment playing it, then I have only spent 80 cents per hour for having a good time.
Ask yourself then, is 80 cents worth having a good time? I am sure you will play way more than 100 hours of it, people properly have already done that on this console version.
I may have spent 1,000 hours playing NR2003 and i think the cost of the game then $40, I then spent 4 cents per hour of enjoyment. I challenge you to find that value in doing something you are enjoying.

Back to my question now, I am not in the loop like I was with NR2003, I knew what was coming out beforehand, but I do not with this game, does anyone know that may have deeper knowledge of the PC version?

If it is the same game, I see no reason to invest just for a graphic upgrade, I think the console version does well enough to satisfy my needs. Now if the PC world can crack open some files and create new cars and add on mods that we be another story to tell later on. I will never underestimate the knowledge of these guys who can do all that, those guys are wizards on coding behind the screen.
