Should I get Apex or Midnight club 2? I dont have Xbox live so which game should I get?

Apex is all flash and no substance. Gorgeous graphics with a lousy driving model and ridiculous catch-up AI.
I just rented Midnight Club 2 tonight, so I can't comment yet on that one!
If you just got an Xbox, I highly recommend Project Gotham Racing for $20 as part of the Platinum Hits collection. PGR is worth every penny of $50 as an arcade racer, so it's a steal at $20 new.

arcade......burnout 2
best value IMHO......if you have broadband get XBOX LIVE w/Moto GP demo included (unbelievable replay value)
rented midnight club2 today wasnt really drawn to the game but my opinion on this one doesnt involve alot of time spent on the game (feels like GTA driving model)

Will do. I played MC 2 offline for about an hour last night and was less than impressed. Sorry, but I like a driving game that requires the use of the brakes and maybe a bit of a skid when you corner at 125 mph.
I'm going to give this one more time, though, and give it a go online. But after an hour -- and I know that's not enough time -- I'm not very impressed. And I really liked the original Midnight Club on the PS2, too.
