Does anybody know when the next NASCAR game is coming out?

It will not be by EA. The next game with NASCAR in it is Gran Tourismo 5 which has no US release date.

Yep, expect some cars and maybe some tracks to be features in GT5. There is also iRacing which has many of the tracks and officially licensed car but not drivers, season or any of that. So for now...it doesn't look like there is one.

Forza 3 also has stock cars in it this year. So while there aren't any licensed cars or tracks, you can atleast buy the paint schemes from the storefront. But there isn't anyway to race with 42 other AI cars in the paint jobs. So it's something you can kill some time with. But as lnin0 said, I believe the only licensed one so far is GT5.
