GT5 Update

does anyone think that kaz will add more nascar tracks and cars in a patch? it'd certainly be cool. if so are you guys in favor of it? maybe we should talk to steve about gettin one of the guys from gt5 on the forums here at OS.

Why would they do that? The game was never meant to have a large amount of NASCAR stuff. Plus, there's a NASCAR game coming out in about 2 months. However, I will say that I was disappointed that the Daytona 500 wasn't one of the Endurance races especially since the Indy 500 was.

I would've like to have seem one of each kind of track. Speedway, Super Speedway, and either Dover or Martinsville. I think have a shorttrack endurance race would be awesome.

I just wish they added a dodge or two, and then maybe Lowes, but that's it. Put in the Coca-Cola 600 as an endurance, maybe even an Indy 500-Coca Cola 600 double endurance since it's been done before.

This, although the only Dodges you could put in would be Kurt Busch and Keselowski...

I wouldn't mind some old school NASCAR paints for some of the older cars... I mean, who wouldn't want to race a Richard Petty Superbird at Nordschliefe?

I really doubt it, GT5 was never a NASCAR game, it is a racing game that has NASCAR in it. So maybe one more track, but even then I don't think they're gonna update the tracks, unless it's as DLC.

That said, I would like to see some more world circuits, since I think the track list is the most disappointing thing about GT5. A Lowes Motor Speedway would be nice, along with Bristol, those are the two that would add the most to the game I think. I'd also like to see some more twisties, that Silverstone and Spa-Francorchamps are not in is criminal, and I'd love to see Mt. Panorama and Road America.
