Posted this on the NTG forums earlier, but I figured I would post it here too.

So, if the AI cars are damaged and much slower after crashing will they get out of the way of the lead lap cars that are battling for the lead?

Thats a great question redwing, but honestly I can't answer for lack of knowledge. I have had no real problems with cars that are slower, trying to block me.

Don't get me wrong, if their car is as good as yours, they don't slip up the track and say " there ya go human *******, go right on by!"

Awesome, another who is echoing the need for the draft. I was worried about that and it definitely proves the dev's have been playing on easier settings.

They definitely werent playing on very hard and legend assist settings.

I agree, it was also odd that I was racing as JJ and Gordon is drafting by me with Ragan. I was like what the heck JJ, I need some help here teammate!! Later in the race Gordon ended up tapping my on my left rear quarterpanel and spinning me out. The teamwork hookups do seem to be random, but I am paying attention to that to see if it changes as the season goes along.

I have one question if anyone has some spare time to mess around with.

Going back to the lucky dog, do they say anything about it during the race? Example: the spotter telling you to catch a certain car as that is like a mini race in of itself.

So if anyone wants to drop a lap down and see what happens over the course of a fairly long race, I would appreciate it.

Thanks a lot guys, I've always been a huge fan of teamwork in NASCAR, but at the end of the day, you're trying to beat 42 other cars to the checkered flag anyway, right? NTG2011 got me to OS, but the community will keep me around. Thanks again guys.

I will say the wrecks are nicely done. Smoke and oil on the windshield is a very nice touch.

They definitely werent playing on very hard and legend assist settings.

When you're in a lobby online, are you able to make changes to a setup after you load it or can you only load a setup and go race? I've been trying to get this question answered for more than a week by the devs. I wanna know if after a quick race if I can go back to the lobby and tweak my setup without having to go back offline to work on it.

I remember reading a while back that this area was going to be limited at first. Don't know the actual answer but I would be interested to hear this one also.

Yes the online version right now is really limited i only seen change set up after it loaded not in the lobby. In private and custom i dont believe i seen the option at all but maybe it was i will check tomorrow.
